Raisepin Public Offer Agreement

Terms of using Raisepin, registration, plans, subscription, credits, and integrations.

Version dated May 5, 2026

1. Document Status

This document is a public offer to enter into an agreement for the use of the Raisepin service.

Acceptance of the offer means account registration, service login, external account connection, plan payment, credit purchase, or any actual use of Raisepin features.

If the user does not agree with these terms, the user must stop using the service.

2. Parties and Subject Matter

The Contractor is the person or entity listed in the Raisepin legal details. Before commercial launch, add full legal details: name, tax ID, registration number, address, support email, and rules for legal notices.

The User is an individual, sole proprietor, or legal entity using Raisepin for themselves or their organization.

The Contractor provides access to Raisepin as a SaaS service for Pinterest marketing: companies, AI generation, calendar, autoposting, analytics, and limits.

3. Registration and Account

  • The user creates an account with email and password or signs in through Google.
  • The user must provide accurate data and keep the contact email up to date.
  • The user is responsible for actions performed from the account unless they prove access was obtained without their fault.
  • The Contractor may restrict access in case of suspected compromise, rule violation, fraud, or security threat.

4. Integrations and External Platforms

Raisepin may interact with Google, Pinterest, payment partners, and content generation partners. Those services are governed by their own rules.

The user confirms that they have the right to connect relevant accounts, publish content, and transfer data to those services.

The Contractor does not guarantee constant availability of external platforms, preservation of permissions, absence of account blocks, or unchanged platform rules.

5. Plans, Payment, and Credits

  • Paid features may be provided under Starter, Growth, Agency / Pro, or other plans published in the interface.
  • A plan may include limits for companies, active campaigns, publications, generation credits, analytics level, and other features.
  • Credits are used for additional actions beyond plan limits, including generation and publications where supported by the service.
  • Payment is made through the connected payment provider. Payment is considered completed when the provider confirms a successful payment.
  • The Contractor may restrict paid features if payment fails, a payment is reversed, a subscription expires, or limits are exceeded.

6. User Content and AI Generation

  • The user retains rights to source materials uploaded to or created in the service unless otherwise agreed.
  • The user allows Raisepin to store, process, transform, and transfer content as needed to operate the service.
  • The user is responsible for the legality of materials, links, images, texts, keywords, and publications.
  • AI outputs may be inaccurate, repetitive, or require human review. The user must review final content independently.

7. Liability and Limitations

The service is provided as available at the time of use. The Contractor does not guarantee uninterrupted error-free operation if failures are caused by external platforms, networks, deployment conditions, user actions, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

The Contractor is not responsible for lost profits, decreased reach, Pinterest blocks, ad system decisions, bank actions, or payment provider actions unless caused by the Contractor fault.

The Contractor liability under the agreement is limited to the user payments for the last paid period unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

8. Data, Disputes, and Legal Details

  • Personal data is processed according to the Privacy Policy and Personal Data Processing Consent.
  • The parties seek to resolve disputes through negotiation. Claims are sent to the contact email listed in the Raisepin legal details.
  • Contractor legal details: name, tax ID, registration number, address, support email, and Raisepin primary domain must be completed before commercial launch.
