How Raisepin collects, uses, stores, and protects personal data of service users.

1. General Provisions
This Policy describes how personal data of users of the Raisepin website and web service is processed.
The personal data operator is the person or entity listed in the Raisepin legal details. Before commercial launch, add the full legal entity or sole proprietor name, tax ID, registration number, address, and contact email.
By using the website, creating an account, connecting external services, or paying for a plan, the user confirms that they have read this Policy.

3. Processing Purposes
- Registration, login, and maintaining the user session.
- Providing Raisepin features: publishing calendar, AI generation, autoposting, analytics, and company management.
- Working with connected Google and Pinterest accounts, payments, and content generation.
- Calculating plan limits and deducting publications and generation credits.
- User support, error diagnostics, abuse prevention, and service security.
- Complying with legal requirements, contracts, and requests from authorized bodies.
4. Legal Bases
Processing is carried out based on user consent, performance of the agreement, the operator legitimate interest in protecting the service, and requirements of applicable law.
If the user acts on behalf of a company, the user confirms that they are authorized to transfer data and connect external accounts of that company.
5. Cookies, Local Storage, and Integrations
Raisepin uses necessary cookies and localStorage for sign-in, language selection, interface state, and correct workspace operation.
Data may be transferred to partners required for Raisepin operation: payments, connected accounts, content generation, and support.
Some providers may be located outside the Russian Federation. By using the relevant features, the user agrees to the necessary cross-border transfer of data.
6. Retention Periods
- Account data is stored until account deletion or until processing is no longer necessary.
- Billing and transaction data may be stored longer for accounting, tax, dispute resolution, or legal compliance purposes.

- Connected account access data is stored until the external account is disconnected, access expires, or the user account is deleted.

- The user may request information about data processing, request correction, blocking, or deletion of data, withdraw consent, and disconnect external accounts.
- The user is responsible for protecting their email, password, and access to Google, Pinterest, and other external accounts.
