Consent to Personal Data Processing
User consent for Raisepin to process personal data for registration, service operation, integrations, and payment.

1. User Consent
By registering in Raisepin, signing in through Google, connecting Pinterest, paying for a plan, or continuing to use the service, the user gives consent to the Raisepin operator to process their personal data.
This consent applies together with the Privacy Policy and the Public Offer Agreement.
2. Personal Data
- Name, email, and user ID.
- Account data and authorization method.
- Session data, cookies, localStorage, and workspace activity.
- Google and Pinterest external connection data, including permissions and access details required for integration operation.
- Company, campaign, publication, analytics, and content data if they directly or indirectly identify the user.
- Payment and plan data, including payment confirmations.
3. Processing Purposes
- Creating and maintaining the Raisepin account.
- Providing access to SaaS service features.
- Publishing and analyzing Pinterest content based on user actions.
- AI generation of texts, images, and content plans.
- Payments, plans, credits, support, and notifications.
- Security, abuse prevention, and compliance with legal requirements.
4. Data Actions
The user agrees to collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, transfer, depersonalization, blocking, deletion, and destruction of personal data.
Processing may be performed with or without automated tools.
5. Transfer and Cross-Border Processing
The operator may assign processing to contractors and transfer data to partners required for Raisepin operation: payments, connected accounts, content generation, and support.
The user agrees to cross-border transfer of personal data where necessary for the external services selected by the user.
6. Term and Withdrawal
Consent remains valid until processing purposes are achieved, the account is deleted, consent is withdrawn, or other grounds for termination arise.
The user may withdraw consent by sending a request to the Raisepin operator email. Withdrawal may make it impossible to use the account, integrations, payment features, and campaign history.
